client, a leader in Sports and Entertainment venues, is searching for a talented Senior Sales Manager based in Florida. Job Summary
- Directs the Sales Department in developing and implementing programs designed to increase Domestic and International market group and pre-purchased ticket sales for our clients’ venue.
- Directs third party distribution of tickets to increase attendance.
- Develops quarterly sales quotas, implementing programs to achieve quarterly goals.

Develop and implement programs to increase Domestic and International group and pre-purchased ticket sales for the Visitor Complex. (25%).

Responsible for the overall performance of various markets including Tour & Travel; Corporate/Convention; Special Events; In-Park sales associates and Inside Sales Call Center. (25%).
- 3rd Major Function (% of time spent)
Selects and coordinates trade show participation for both trade and consumer shows in the DOMESTIC AND International markets to increase sales potential. (25%).
- 4th Major Function (% of time spent)
Manages the Third Party distribution, including On-Line Travel Agents, GDS, Travel Agents and Wholesalers (25%).
- All other duties as assigned.
Work Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in sales department management/ supervisory capacity in an attraction/hospitality setting, including five years experience in Domestic and International sales.
- Experience in electronic distribution systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills along with computer proficiency.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of Electronic Ticketing systems.
- Ability to communicate to all levels of senior management.
- Thorough knowledge of the domestic and international marketplace to drive attendance to this property on an ever increasing basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION : Our
client is looking for an awesome Revenue Manager with Online marketing
Experience. The Revenue Generation & e-Marketing Director is
primarily responsible for generating online reservations for our
clients’ customers in order to meet and exceed revenue targets and
establish a market presence. The job requires a combination of revenue
management and tactical online marketing (primarily PPC). The Client
Services director must also serve as the single point of contact for
all the client’s needs from relationship building, customer-service and
championing the customer’s product enhancement requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and internalize our clients’ products and USPs
- Ensure proper implementation of products for new customer hotels
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Intimately know and educate customer hotels on own destination market trends by key source markets and seasonality.
- Develop, recommend and implement strategic and tactical traffic generation campaigns for customer websites

Regional Business Development Manager (Mid Atlantic, Washington DC area)
Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for an aggressive, results-driven Business Development Manager for their rapidly expanding Internet Marketing Services portfolio. You will be responsible for selling our clients’ products and services to hotels, brands, management companies and ownership groups. The selling process includes responding to incoming leads that are generated through our marketing efforts, direct sales to hotels, selling to hotel coops, tradeshows, etc. You will be expected to make presentations, demonstrate internet marketing concepts and present proposals to clients. The person in this role will also be responsible for conducting educational seminars for different brands and lodging industry groups and have the opportunity to establish themselves as the internet expert in the market. This is a field position and will be based out of the Mid Atlantic in major hotel hubs such as Washington DC, Baltimore, etc. and will be responsible for sales activities in the Mid Atlantic region.
Qualifications:
We are seeking an aggressive person with strong and proven sales skills and ability to build strong long-lasting relationships with clients. Current relationships in the lodging industry are a strong plus. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment is needed. Bachelor's degree or equivalent needed. 5-10 years of relevant experience preferred. Strong communication and computer skills needed. 20-30% travel is required.
